A new gathering in Madrid brought together community leaders, artists and experts in coexistence to reflect on the World Day for Cultural Diversity. The round table included Clarisa Nieva of the Bahá’í Community of Spain, news europe a specialist from the Madrid Municipal Police Diversity Management Unit, flamenco artist Tito Losada, and human rights educator Denise González. Speakers offered reflections from faith, culture and public service on how mutual knowledge can help build more inclusive communities.
During the event, participants explored themes such as human rights, cultural identity and respect for differences. Fundación Mejora framed the initiative with Scientology’s interest in education, prevention and civic responsibility. Ivan Arjona, representative of the Church of Scientology to European and international institutions, noted that cultural and religious diversity contributes to democratic life when supported by education and dialogue.
